Cancellation Policy
At JND Cares, we reserve appointment times specifically for our clients. To ensure availability and
fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a refund, less a $15 administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable.

Failure to be present or available at the scheduled service time will be considered a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

JND Cares reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy
JND Cares is committed to providing dependable, compassionate non-medical care services.Refund requests will be handled as follows:

Services canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a refund minus the $15 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for services canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

No refunds will be issued after services have been provided.

Package balances and credits may be applied to future services at the discretion of JND Cares.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
